Service and Support Contracts

Three levels of service contract are available, from the basic level of preventative maintenance up to an all-inclusive agreement covering breakdown, parts and labour.

Service Cover Options

Platinum

For ultimate peace of mind why not take our fully comprehensive ‘Fit & Forget’ Platinum level contract cover.  The Platinum contract offers unrivalled support including:

  • Preventative maintenance visits during the period, including mechanical and electrical safety checks
  • All labour costs for any breakdown failure**
  • All materials required for any breakdown failure**
  • Priority response time targeted at less than 8 working hours
  • 10% discount off all consumable items

Gold

The Gold level contract is our competitive alternatives to both Silver and Platinum. The Gold level contract includes:

  • Preventative maintenance visits during the period, including mechanical and electrical safety checks
  • All labour costs for any breakdown failure**
  • Priority response time targeted at less than 12 working hours
  • 5% discount off all consumable items

Silver

Ensure your system operates with maximum efficiency by accepting our Silver level contract cover.  The Silver level contract covers:

  • Preventative maintenance visits during the period, including mechanical and electrical safety checks
  • Priority response time targeted at less than 16 working hours

All service contracts available in 1, 3 and 5 year options.

APT products carry a full 12-month warranty against failure provided the equipment is correctly maintained, which any of our maintenance contracts will ensure.

All contracts exclude consumables, accidental damage and damage caused by vandalism.
